Rules of Conduct
These serve as my Terms and Conditions, and set expectations for behavior from both GM and players.

1. No real-world political or religious discussions during sessions.
Besides being unrelated to the game, these are contentious topics that, if discussed at all, should be kept to the Discord, preferably a private channel, outside of game.
2. All parties should treat each other with the respect they wish to receive.
This includes everything from not interrupting or talking over each other excessively, to being gracious and understanding of a player's choice in game, to avoiding the red topics from the safety tools.
3. Accept GM decisions on rules.
All are welcome to appeal any ruling or decision they find unfair or incorrect during game, but if the GM considers their reasoning and still decides to go forward with their ruling, any further discussions with the GM about it should be outside of game.
After further consideration outside of the pressures of an active game, the decision may or may not be retconned, or adjusted for future gameplay.
4. Refunds may be requested/issued for a session missed due to an emergency.
Any absences should be reported to the GM as soon as possible, so that the absent player is not charged for the session in spite of the absence.
If the absence is not reported prior to the start of the session, the player will be charged for the session as usual as a no-call/no-show fee.
Emergencies are, of course, the exceptions.
5. Any issues with fellow players should be discussed with them or the GM prior to lodging official complaints.
Disagreements between players is always a possibility, but it should never be allowed to become so serious that it embroils the entire table.
If an in-game disagreement grows into an active problem between players, those players should either try to work the disagreement out themselves (the GM may be called to join the discussion as an impartial 3rd party); or report the issue directly to the GM, who can then try to arbitrate by speaking to the players independently.
